Chick-fil-A Jordan Creek Town Center is seeking highly motivated, hungry, smart and humble leaders with a passion for excellence to join our team! We have an amazing leadership team already in place that we're wanting to enhance. Currently looking for someone who can help lead our business in a high capacity; someone that provides a culture of hospitality and hard work and has a mind to serve others first. You must have good character and be able to work with other leaders well. You must have a teachable persona, and must also be able to coach team members when necessary.


We will take the time to teach you all team member tasks over the first 60 days and provide more leadership responsibilities as you go!


Requirements/Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:

  • Walk through the restaurant regularly and ensure cleanliness of area and equipment.
  • Communicate necessary information to team members properly.
  • Oversee the daily and weekly catering orders.
  • Direct his/her team
  • Ensure all equipment is working properly.
  • Manage inventory.
  • Complete necessary administrative paperwork.
  • Engage regularly with team members.

Skills/Competencies/Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a management role.
  • Must be able to handle fast-paced environment.
  • Detailed-oriented/organized.
  • Strong time-management.
  • Strong Verbal/Written Communication.
  • Must be able to handle difficult situations and a diverse team.
  • Passion for developing people.
  • Strong leadership skills.
