Job Description:

A Cook is responsible for ensuring all menu items are cooked to the exact specifications stated in the Food Manual in a presentable and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Properly sets-up and closes down the cook station.

• Follows cooking methods and process standards according to the Food Manual.

• Complies with standard portion sizes, quality standards and ticket time requirements.

• Reads bag to ensure complete and correct orders.

• Communicates with kitchen team.

• Ensures cook station is always stocked, clean, and neat. Clean as you go.

• Adheres to all safety protocols.

• Always maintains a clean and proper uniform.

• Any other duties assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:

• Stands during entire shift.

• Lifts and carries cases weighing up to 30 pounds.
