We are looking for an FOH Service Manager to help develop and guide Front of the House Operations. To be successful in this role, Hospitality and Team Development will be at the forefront of your daily activities.We are looking for someone with high energy, a naturally positive attitude, and great work ethic. The FOH Manager should be experienced in a supervisory role, and be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives to the service team. This team includes bussers, hosts, servers, and bartenders.
Responsibilities:
- Guest focused Hospitality.
- Maintaining an energetic and positive environment for team members and guests.
- Being present on the floor, and interacting with guests during business hours
- Identifying opportunities in service, and coaching in the moment.
- Scheduling all FOH positions for Success!
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
- Jumping in to assist team members during times of need.
- Consistently improving your Area of Responsibility through training and development.
Requirements:
- Candidates should have Full Service, Server experience. Bartending and FOH management is a plus!!
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good observation skills.
- An ability to deliver constructive criticism
- Computer literate and basic Math skills.
- An ability to identify opportunities and provide coaching where necessary.
