What is it like to work at Tonbo Ramen?
Each bowl or ramen is carefully handmade with specialty toppings, select fresh ramen noodles, and a rich broth which can take hours and hours to make. The toppings get all of the oohs and ahs when brought to the guest, but the broth is the true essence of the dish. Similarly, it takes all types of staff to perform the duties of our small ramen shop, but it is the spirit and hard work of our staff that also defines the essence of Tonbo Ramen. We strive to be the broth!
