Role Summary: Culinary team members must deliver a consistent flow of food that is prepared to perfection. Successful candidates must demonstrate a passion for excellence and continuous improvement.
General Responsibilities:
- Follow strict food safety guidelines; prepare all menu items according to Chick-fil-A’s processes
- Communicate with team members to ensure a smooth and consistent flow of food
- Clean equipment and maintain an orderly kitchen; wash dishes & take out trash
- Clean & re-stock workstations, scrub & clean floors
- Track, document, and rotate inventory
- Read KPS system effectively to ensure high order accuracy rate
- Follow the instruction of team leaders as they relate to other kitchen responsibilities
