The Catering Supervisor role is important because you make decisions about our business every day. You provide leadership by upholding the standards of our company and share in the pride of a safe, clean work environment.
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the catering team, and the execution of daily catering functions; including processing customer orders, food production, order delivery, and providing Best In Class service at every step of the process.
Criteria:
- Must have schedule flexibility- early mornings beginning around 5am and early afternoons are required MON-FRI with occasional weekends.
- Must have good communication skills-provides clear directions and detailed explanations, has a willingness to provide constructive feedback, an outgoing attitude, friendly and enthusiastic.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Organization is critical.
- Some food service experience is a plus.
- Some management experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meeting and exceeding sales plans and goals. Must be a driven individual willing to work hard to always be bringing in new customers. This will be done through marketing, networking and participating in local events.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire catering process.
- Daily communication with management and staff.
- Executing catering systems flawlessly.
- Supervising production delivery drivers; loading of company delivery vehicles, assigning driver routes and delivery scheduling.
