GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Under close supervision, responsible for maintaining an adequate supply of clean and dry
dishes, glasses, silverware and utensils. As required, all cleaning duties and
prep duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years old
and able to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Must be
able to attend all regularly scheduled meetings. Must very enthusiastically
support the theme of the restaurant.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1) Ensures that all equipment operates properly.
2) Ensures that all silverware, plates, glasses and cups are ready for guest use.
3) Operates dishwashing machine properly.
4) Empties trash.
5) Assists in cleaning kitchen area.
6) Assists with prep duties and bussing.
7) Ability to demonstrate familiarity with company history, other Divine Dining Group restaurants, and basic employee policy.
8) Understands the dress code and obtains a suitable uniform.
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
