Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Key positions required of position: Outside Order taking, Dining room Host/Hostess, Outside meal delivery, Drive-thru order taking, food and drink assembly.
- Understand all tenets of Second Mile Service (2MS), Operational Excellence (OE) and Creating Emotional Connections (EC).
- Execute FIFO (First In, First Out) model is being followed.
- Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is top level.
- Appropriately handle all customer issues and play a positive role in customer recovery.
- Understands food safety and quality excellence.
- Show up on time, have a great attitude and work hard for your entire shift.
- Constantly improve yourself by finding ways to do your work better and faster.
- Be responsible to fill your shift if you are not able work.
- Ensure your appearance is in compliance with the Team Member Handbook and Food Safety Guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
- Mobility required during shifts
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
