REQUIREMENTS:
· Repetitive hand and arm movements, repetitive grasping, bending, and reaching
· Responsible for moving or lifting an average of 30-50 pounds
· Exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, cooking equipment, etc.)
· The safe and proper handling of knives, kitchen utensils, and equipment
· Maintains a sanitary kitchen by adhering to state and local sanitation, storage, and refrigeration requirements and codes; cleaning equipment
· Requires basic food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards
· Follows recipes and/or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, carving, and serving food items which may include meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food products
· Stocks, dates, rotates, and temperature checks of products
