Key Restaurant Responsibilities 

  • Oversee Closing Shift Operations - Approx. 3pm-11pm
  • Prioritize the guest experience and find ways to create a caring moments.
  • Ability to analyze restaurant data and recognize opportunities within the business to delegate to leadership team in respective dayparts.
  • Participate in structured leadership meetings within the restaurant to discuss short-term and long-term goals and delegation to supporting leadership.
  • Address quality of experience at all levels of throughput throughout the restaurant in order to deliver a high-level experience to our guests.
  • Can use disciplinary action to hold members of our team accountable to policy handbook standards and compliance with Chick-fil-A standards.
  • Anticipate needs of the restaurant and direct talent to appropriated areas of the business best suited to talented individuals.
  • Continuous coaching and development of supporting supervisors cast through 1-on-1 meetings to assess performance and opportunities.
  • Develop a leadership team and supporting cast that is designed for growth
