Position Overview
The primary focus of the Warehouse Coordinator is backroom organization, inventory accuracy, and handling all incoming/outgoing deliveries. This role is responsible for receiving & sorting all incoming product deliveries according to best practices to ensure both accuracy & efficiency. In addition, the Warehouse Coordinator will accurately pull, inspect, and prepare merchandise for delivery. To meet the needs of our customers, this associate must feel comfortable engaging in conversations with other associates to ensure correct products are delivered on time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive incoming inventory shipments and verify accuracy against packing slips or purchase orders.
- Sort incoming product orders according to best practices
- Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure that the right products are delivered to our customers by accurately pulling, inspecting and preparing merchandise for delivery.
- Organize and maintain the backroom storage area to ensure efficient use of space and easy access to inventory.
- Maintain warehouse equipment, such as delivery vehicles, forklifts, etc.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular inventory counts to reconcile discrepancies and maintain accuracy.
- Attend all applicable training, and be able to use or be certified in use of appropriate equipment (including forklifts, pallet jacks, baler, etc.).
Other Duties May Include
- Assist with the actual delivery of products/equipment to customers.
Compensation
$13 - $15 / hour. This is a full-time position at 40 hours/week (some evenings & every other weekend required).

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking and record-keeping.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety standards and practices in the workplace.
- Standing, walking, lifting (up to 40lbs) and climbing.
