We’re looking for a motivated Sales Associate/Paint Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers on the sales floor, with a primary focus on the paint department.
- Provide expert advice on paint products, including color selection, mixing, and matching.
- Understand and adhere to store operating procedures to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with professional painters and contractors.
- Ensure the paint department is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Participate in inventory management and assist with product restocking as needed.
- Participate in appropriate training on both paint and store processes.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
- Basic knowledge of paint products and mixing techniques is a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with professionals in the industry.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
