Position Type:

Full-time and Part-time positions available
Full-time roles require availability Monday - Saturday, with shifts starting at $12/hour

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
Stock kitchen inventory and maintain cleanliness
Stay updated on new products and complete all assigned tasks
Adhere to safety protocols and report maintenance issues
Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
Follow Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented
Cheerful, customer service-oriented, and loves helping others
Strong interpersonal skills and able to multitask
Works well independently and in a team
Flexible schedule availability
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs and stand for long periods
