Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Smile and create emotional connections with guests
Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically
Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
Work in a team-oriented and adaptable manner
Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Multi-task quickly and thoroughly
Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
Stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
Follow Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
Other duties as assigned
