Are you an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a passion for serving others? Chick-fil-A Totem Lake is looking for you to join our team as a Back of House Team Member! We have full-time and part-time positions available for both day-shift and night-shift. If you have a coachable spirit and a genuine desire to serve others, we want to hear from you!

As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating remarkable experiences for our guests and community.

What to Expect:

Read, understand, and comply with all parts of the Team Member Handbook
Deliver correct portions that meet weight and presentation expectations
Ensure food packaging, presentation, and quality are top-level
Handle customer issues with a positive attitude and contribute to customer recovery
Show up on time, work hard, and maintain a great attitude throughout your shift
Constantly seek opportunities to improve and work more efficiently
Be proactive in pursuing certification and cross-training
Be responsible for finding a replacement if you are unable to work your shift
Ensure your appearance is in compliance with our guidelines
Be a team player and display good stewardship
Use holding and timing systems accurately
Track waste and store according to procedure
