Full-time$50000 - 60000 per year The Front of House (FOH) Coordinator oversees the execution of operational strategies and is responsible for ensuring the entire FOH is in alignment with the vision of Chick-fil-A Fort Gratiot. This position works closely with the Operations Director and other Coordinators to ensure our vision and core values are the foundation on which we grow the business. This position coaches all FOH employees by following Pathway procedures and paying special attention to the guest experience. The FOH Coordinator has a well-rounded knowledge of the business in his/her area of influence and proactively seeks continued personal and professional growth.
