We are looking for a talented Catering Manager to join our team. As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering operations. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their events are a success, from menu planning to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate catering events, including menu planning, staffing, and logistics
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Supervise catering staff, providing guidance and support
• Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in catering or event management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
