Looking for someone who wants to be a part of a fun, high paced team! Must be quick on your feet and able to work Saturday/Sunday evenings most weeks. This is also a tipped position so wage is closer to $15+/hour.
Host
The host’s Main objective is to provide excellent service to every guest. The host will accomplish this by welcoming guests, efficiently planning seating arrangements, and process take out orders. This position requires a commitment to excellence for every guest experience, as well as a positive attitude. The host will Engage appropriate company directionality by ensuring meals are correct and guest experiences are held to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
- Fill out & preform daily FOH opening duties checklist, when applicable
- Greet customers and present menus
- Place table settings neatly
- Make recommendations based upon your own menu knowledge
- Provide quality customer service
- Communicate missing items or misfires with the kitchen
- Adhere to health department rules and regulations, upholding a cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Collect payment and deliver bills when appropriate
- Ensure server stations are stocked
- Roll silverware
- Help bussers clean and sanitize tables when neccessary
- Fill out & preform daily FOH closing duties checklist, when applicable
Skills and Experience:
- Strong organizational skill
- Multi-tasking and communication skills
- Ability to handle and count money accurately
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Food handler’s card
- OLCC
- Reliable transportation
- Current driver’s license & clean driving record
- 1 year of serving or customer service experience
- ServSafe certification strongly encouraged
