Drive-Thru Traffic Director Job
The role of a Traffic Director is to help the overall Restaurant by graciously and quickly inviting and welcoming each and every guest into our Drive Thru queue. They are the first team member each guest will see and we want this greeting to be warm, hospitable and with urgency. Our vision of the drive through is to be fast but never rushed, and every other team member and system in our business is dependent on these people queuing quickly and evening into our drive thru lanes. Sometimes pulling into our parking lot seeing the multiple lanes, it can be confusing for our guests to know best where to go. The Traffic Director is responsible to communicate with clarity where to go, to ease the burden from our guests, and set the team up for the most success. Your role is to ensure that we do not at any point in time have a car that hangs over and or blocks any part of the sidewalk, or queues out onto State St.
