We are looking for an ambitious, organized, and efficient Director to join our team at Chick-fil-A Racine. This “hands-on” management opportunity is designed to give you a career in the fastest growing and most highly-esteemed restaurant chain in the nation.
This Director will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities associated within the restaurant. This Director will do this by executing daily excellence across operational tasks, effective communication, establishing processes, and providing a positive work culture. This Director will train and support the 3 focus areas of the “winning hearts everyday strategy:” Great Food, Fast & Accurate Service and Genuine Hospitality. The leader serves on the leadership team, and is in constant contact with the other directors and the Owner/Operator. The leader is tasked with meeting and exceeding our high goals, standards, and implementing our vision and mission.
