Front of House Team Member (PT)

Position Type:

  • Part-time, nights (closing shift)

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the core four essentials: make eye contact, smile, speak with enthusiasm and serve from the heart
  • Greet each guest with a friendly smile and positive attitude
  • Accurately and efficiently take guest orders on both front counter and drive-thru
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in all areas of the store
  • Observe health and sanitation guidelines
  • Contribute to the fun, fast-paced work environment

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must be 16 or older
  • Commit to working at least 15-20 hours per week and close at least 3 nights per week
  • Proficient in English, Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Basic cash-handling skills
