O'Brien's Irish Pub & Grill is a local hot spot with two locations in Plant City and Wesley Chapel. We pride ourselves on offering delicious Irish meals and traditional American favorites in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Whether it's enjoying a cold beer after a long day or listening to live bands, our pub is the perfect place to eat, meet, and have a great time.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing business segments of restaurant operations, including staffing and service
• Optimize profit and control costs through the use of P&L statements
• Train new employees and supervise current employees to consistently provide exemplary service and achieve operational excellence
• Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and staff by adhering to safety and sanitation standards
• Schedule maintenance as needed
• Must close the store 4 nights a week
• Report to all meetings

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry
• Availability for various schedule types, including 8-hour shifts, 10-hour shifts, weekends, and weekdays
• High school degree or equivalent
