What You’ll Do as an Assistant Manager

Lead by Example: Roll up your sleeves and set the tone for success with your team, ensuring smooth store operations and a high-energy environment.

Stay Present: Be in the heart of the action for at least 35 hours per week, with flexibility for more if needed to keep things running smoothly.

Mentor & Empower: Train and coach shift leads and staff, fostering a forward-thinking and collaborative team.

Master the Schedule: Plan shifts and determine optimal staffing levels based on customer flow, keeping the team informed and expectations clear.

Ensure Compliance: Keep our store up to code with all Crumbl Corporate, County, and Federal requirements for health and safety.

Keep Things Sweet: Assist with Managing inventory, restock supplies, and weekly orders to ensure we’re always ready to bake.

Offer Feedback: Provide constructive guidance to strengthen your team’s skills and celebrate their wins.

Support the General Manager: Assist with tasks and projects that keep our cookie operation thriving.

What We’re Looking For

A Proven Leader: Experience in a managerial role with a knack for motivating and holding team members accountable.

Great Decision-Maker: Strong ability to make calls that balance efficiency and compassion.

Customer Service Pro: A history of delivering stellar guest experiences.

Food Service Experience: Bonus points if you know your way around the kitchen and the food service industry.
