Pay for this position is 70$ per 1 hour Assessments.

Fistlight Home Care South Valley is looking for a nurse to conduct the initial client assessment. Our client assessments are a way for us to ensure that the client is getting the care that they need from our caregivers. During this 1 hour assessment you will report the diagnosis, goals and objectives for clients, needs/pains, type of diet, allergies, medications, physical or cognitive problems, and any other special needs that the client may have. We are willing to be flexible with your schedule and will only require your time when an assessment needs to be conducted.
