Up to $17 per hour

Chick-fil-A at Trexlertown is accepting applications for front counter team members. The job involves food preparation in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Skills required include:

Team oriented
General math skills required for cash handling
Able to work quickly without making customers feel rushed
Able to lift 20 lbs regularly

General tasks that will be performed include:

Taking customers' orders
Maintaining a clean and stocked work station
"Bagging" orders completely and accurately
Working outside in most weather conditions

The primary difference between the front counter team member and drive-thru team member positions are the increased pressure and speed required. Our drive-thru is a fast-paced environment where everyone must be performing with excellence in order for us to provide the service needed. There is no room for someone who is not comfortable with a constant sense of urgency and the stress that comes with that. That is why the drive-thru starting pay rate is $2.00 more per hour.
