Position: CNA Scheduler
Position Summary: The main objective of this role is to efficiently and effectively coordinate the scheduling of nursing staff within a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Qualifications:
- Must meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of the facility or department, which may include a medical and physical examination.
- Must possess, at a minimum, a High School diploma or equivalent. CNA certification is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage time efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smartlinx experience is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurately utilize the ‘staffing ladder’ to create and manage nursing schedules for the DON, ensuring staffing levels meet the needs of the facility..
- Project daily staffing needs by shift, adjusting schedules as necessary to cover call-offs and leave, ensuring continuous quality care for our residents.
- Serve as a point of contact for staff call-offs, coordinating replacements or adjustments to the schedule promptly.
