Job Duties:
- Clear dining area tables of glassware, flatware, and napkins.
- Carry trays of glassware from dining area to kitchen.
- Clean and sanitize dining area tables and chairs.
- Sanitize and stock menus.
- Stock, maintain, and clean service stations.
- Roll silverware.
- General wipe-down and sanitization of guest areas.
- Work with a team of servers, hosts, and managers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Employment Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year in a restaurant preferred, not required.
- Ability to work in a high-volume dining room and kitchen.
- Excel in communicating to guests with professional and friendly demeanor.
- Food Handler Certification.
- Ability to speak English required. Spanish a plus.
- Full-Time Availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry 25-50 pounds.
