Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, warmth and hospitality
- Use CORE 4 model to serve guests; eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, heartfelt connection
- Take orders with speed and accuracy using registers at the front counter or iPads in the drive thru
- Learn all positions, in time, with proper training: order taking, window, bagging, drinks, head set, meal delivery to table or in drive thru
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly and look for opportunities to stock and clean when not serving guests
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Other duties as assigned
Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Serving Guests by preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Learn all positions, in time, with proper training for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
