Reports to: Back of House Coach
Responsibilities:
- Completion of Daily Safe Audits and ERQA
- Coordinate and oversee kitchen operations
- Train and mentor kitchen Team Members
- Ensure food quality and presentation standards
- Assist in managing inventory and kitchen supplies
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Managing catering orders
- Opening the store
Requirements:
- Availability for following shift times: 5:30AM-2:30PM
- Minimum 18+ years old
- Prior experience in leadership
- Well versed in food safety and restaurant guidelines
- Knowledge of kitchen machinery and equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends
- A heart for Chick-fil-A values, and a heart to serve others with excellence
- Ability to work and lead in an extremely busy environment while exhibiting fast and friendly service
- Ability to work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
