As a NAPA Delivery Driver, you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping to get the right parts to our retail and wholesale customers quickly and efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver automotive parts to our customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Be the go-to person for customer inquiries and help them with any delivery needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, drivers, and team members.
- Load and unload parts in an organized manner to ensure safe delivery.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure that all parts are correctly loaded for delivery.
- Handle all deliveries using company vehicles safely and in accordance with all traffic laws.
- Bring a customer-centric attitude to every interaction—whether you're talking with a customer on the phone or delivering parts in person.
What You’ll Need:
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and manage delivery loads with care.
- Previous delivery experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll provide the training!
- High school diploma or GED. Any technical or trade school experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer service skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and take initiative.
And If You Have This, Even Better (But Not Required):
- Background or interest in the automotive industry, parts delivery, or logistics.
- Familiarity with parts cataloging or inventory management systems.
- Experience in a delivery role, driving company vehicles.
