Back of House Leadership

Rate of pay$15 - 20 per hour

Responsible for directing the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations; including production, preparation, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, and financial accountability. 

Ensures the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties include opening and closing the restaurant, following established opening and closing procedures, leading their shift (ensuring that our guests have a remarkable experience, holding team members accountable for maintaining standards, effective and positive communication, ownership of their entire shift, and maintaining equipment).


REQUIREMENTS

  • Participating in day to day operations of a high-volume, fast paced environment
  • Assist in training of new and current team members on Chick-fil-A Operational Requirements
  • Execute the Restaurant Vision and Mission statements
  • Be a critical thinker, acting independently, cooperatively, and professionally with all staff
  • Previous kitchen experience required, with references
  • Servant leadership mentality required
