Position Type:

Part-time (Less than 30 hours per week)

Compensation:

$13 an hour with limited availability / schedule restrictions
$14 an hour with open availability / no schedule restrictions
Earn a $0.25 raise per quarter for up to a year assuming no performance issues

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, assemble safe food fast and accurately
Adhere to Chick-fil-A food safety standards
Be knowledgeable of all kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
Keep the kitchen clean and orderly at all times
Stock kitchen inventory as needed
Work safely around kitchen equipment
Report maintenance issues to leadership
Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Other duties as assigned
