Leadership candidates are responsible for leading their teams to provide exceptional dining experiences for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
Current Roles to be in training for depending on consummate experience:
- Trainer
- Shift Leader
- Manager
Position Type:
- Full-time (30+ hours per week)
Compensation:
- $15 - 20+ an hour, depending on consummate experience
Responsibilities:
His or her area of responsibility will focus on the front counter, dining room, and mobile service areas including curbside delivery and third party driver pickup in FOH areas.
and/or
His or her area of responsibility will primarily focus on the kitchen areas including food preparation, breading, fryers, dishwashing, walk-in freezer, walk-in cooler, break room and back office.
