Rate of pay$13 - 14 per hour

Position Type:

  • Part-time (Less than 30 hours per week)
  • Full-time (30+ hours per week)


Compensation:

  • Starting $13 an hour with limited availability / schedule restrictions
  • Starting $14 an hour with open availability / no schedule restrictions

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests
  • Take orders at the cash register
  • Assemble and bag meals for dine in and carry out guests
  • Expedite third party orders for delivery driver pickup
  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned area
  • Deliver meals to curbside guests in the parking lot
  • Prepare drinks, ice cream treats and milkshakes
  • Manage cash for assigned till
  • Restock inventory and order supplies
  • Assist guests with mobile app orders
  • Help prepare catering orders
  • Other duties as assigned

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, assemble safe food fast and accurately
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A food safety standards
  • Be knowledgeable of all kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
  • Keep the kitchen clean and orderly at all times
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment
  • Report maintenance issues to leadership
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
