Position Type:

Part-time (Less than 30 hours per week)
Full-time (30+ hours per week)

Compensation:

Starting $13 an hour with limited availability / schedule restrictions
Starting $14 an hour with open availability / no schedule restrictions

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests
Take orders at the cash register
Assemble and bag meals for dine in and carry out guests
Expedite third party orders for delivery driver pickup
Maintain cleanliness of assigned area
Deliver meals to curbside guests in the parking lot
Prepare drinks, ice cream treats and milkshakes
Manage cash for assigned till
Restock inventory and order supplies
Assist guests with mobile app orders
Help prepare catering orders
Other duties as assigned

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, assemble safe food fast and accurately
Adhere to Chick-fil-A food safety standards
Be knowledgeable of all kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
Keep the kitchen clean and orderly at all times
Stock kitchen inventory as needed
Work safely around kitchen equipment
Report maintenance issues to leadership
Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Other duties as assigned
