Rate of pay$16 - 18 per hour

As a Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A, you’ll be at the heart of our customer service. From taking orders to preparing beverages, you’ll ensure our guests have a delightful experience—all while enjoying the benefits of our unique three-day workweek! Team members may work on one of two teams: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; or, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Standard shifts ($16.00/hour) are expected to be 3-8 hours in length. Premium shifts ($17.00/hour) are expected to be 10-12 hours in length, opening or closing schedule, and an expected minimum of 30 hours per week.


What You'll Do:

  • Order Maestro: Take guest orders with a friendly smile, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Service Superstar: Serve our guests with warmth and enthusiasm, delivering meals and ensuring they have everything they need.
  • Beverage Boss: Prepare and serve drinks with precision, from our famous lemonade to refreshing iced tea.
  • Restock Rockstar: Keep the front of house stocked and organized, from napkins to condiments.
  • Clean Machine: Maintain a clean and inviting dining area, ensuring every guest feels comfortable and welcomed.
  • Hospitality Hero: Engage with guests, answer questions, and resolve any issues with grace.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with your team to keep the restaurant running smoothly, especially during busy times.

Growth Path

Our path to earning more within the organization is structured and transparent. Wages start at $16 or $17 for team members and $20 for shift leaders who have completed basic training. Team members make up to $18 and shift leaders up to $23. 

Team Member Elite Tier:

Red to Silver: $0.25 raise

Silver to Gold: $0.25 raise

Gold to Diamond Elite: $0.50 raise

Shift Leader Elements Tier: 

Water To Air: $0.50 raise

Air to Earth/Fire: $0.50 raise

Earth/Fire to Lightning/Metal: $1 raise


Customer-facing positions require strong English proficiency. Spanish proficiency is appreciated but not required. Applicants must be capable of physically demanding tasks, including, but not limited to: lifting 30-50 lbs., lifting above the head, repetitive motion, and standing for extended periods of time. Hospitality professionals may expect to be outdoors for several hours per shift, year-round (with proper safety gear). Reasonable accommodation(s) will be considered upon request.
