We are looking for Counter Staff to manage all transactions with our take-out and pick-up customers accurately and efficiently. Ultimately, you’ll ensure all transactions run smoothly and will help us maximize customer satisfaction.
Counter Responsibilities:
- Master our point of sale system.
- Answer phone calls and input orders.
- Manage third party tablets and order input.
- Process credit card and cash transactions.
- Bag orders for guests.
Requirements for Counter:
- Basic PC knowledge
- Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
- Good math skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
