We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Kitchen Team leader at our restaurant. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and assist the Kitchen manager, including food preparation, menu development, inventory management, and staff supervision. Your duties will include ensuring food quality and consistency, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and implementing kitchen procedures to maximize efficiency. You will be responsible for hiring and training kitchen staff, scheduling shifts, and managing food costs to meet budgetary targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with the General Manager to develop menus, introduce new dishes, and ensure smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams. Strong culinary skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record in kitchen management are essential for success in this role.
