Responsibilities:

Serve guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, and making drinks and desserts.
Deliver meals to guests and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness of work area, dining room, parking lot, restrooms, and playground area.
Effectively manage and lead a team of people to provide the best hospitality and guest experience
Coach, teach, and train team members on policies and procedures
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
Open and/or close the restaurant leading the shift as a key holder

Minimum qualifications:

Age 18 or older
Saturday work required (Sundays OFF!)
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Lift over 30 pounds, climb ladders, reach above your head, and perform other physically demanding activities
A positive attitude, high integrity, and servant spirit
Verbal and written communication skills
Problem Solving Skills

Job Details:

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
Experience level: 1 year of Management experience
Restaurant type: Quick service & fast food restaurant
Shifts available: 5am-3pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm or 2pm-11:30pm
