Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, servant-minded leader to join our leadership team as a Front of House Supervisor. The ideal candidate has a passion for serving others and is energized by working as a team to grow business results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead team members, team leaders, and trainers to execute operational efficiency
- Coach and develop team members and team leaders
- Helping maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts
- Ensure guest experience exceeds expectations
- Manage a team of 20+ people while utilizing critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ensure team compliance with all restaurant systems and procedures
- Ensure food safety practices and controls are properly executed
- Implement best practices to increase profitability, productivity and overall satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Willing to be coached and mentored
- Be professional and mature
