Section 1: Job Overview

  • Create and decorate delicious pastries and desserts with artistic skill
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment

Section 2: Requirements

  • 2 or more years' experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or relevant role
  • Working knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry-making process
  • Attention to detail and creative ability in cake decoration
  • Strong understanding of sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production environment
