The ideal candidate must be able to execute Chick-fil-A hospitality with our guests in a caring way. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Dining Host/Hostess Responsibilities:

  • Cheerfully greets guest and ensures a pleaseant dining experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a positive and people-focused environment
  • Be the primary point of contact for our dine-in guest, showcasing dedication and understanding
  • Thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Serve guest by providing comprehensive service and product information
  • Resolve service and product issues promptly
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and a pleasant restaurant experience
  • Utilize organizational and communication skills to build trust and rapport with guest
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, dining area and restrooms
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Provide solutions to customer complaints in line with company policies
  • Ability to work on your feet for the duration of your shift
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
