Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present craveable food safely and efficiently.
- Master all kitchen station assignments, including fries, breading, and food prep.
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment.
- Stay updated on new products and adhere to food safety procedures.
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any issues.
- Follow Chick-fil-A's dress code and rules at all times.
Qualifications:
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Previous experience preferred but not required.
- Cheerful and positive attitude with a passion for service.
- Strong interpersonal and detail-oriented skills.
- Able to multi-task and work well both independently and in a team.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
