As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest has an outstanding experience at our restaurant. The supervisor must stay until all tasks are completed. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all team members follow the necessary closing procedures before leaving the store. You must have flexibility in your schedule.
Pay: Starting at $16/hr
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate preparation of all orders by overseeing Team Members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Monitor and uphold speed of service guidelines
- Supervise cash handling procedures and security measures
- Address and resolve guest issues
- Provide direction, feedback, and support to Team Members
- Run breaks
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years old
- Open to learning the Chick-fil-A system and executing operational excellence
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous leadership experience is an asset
- Hard-working, team-oriented, and friendly
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong time management, problem solving, and organizational skills
