Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate preparation of all orders by overseeing Team Members
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
Monitor and uphold speed of service guidelines
Supervise cash handling procedures and security measures
Address and resolve guest issues
Provide direction, feedback, and support to Team Members
Run breaks

Requirements:

Minimum 18 years old
Previous customer service experience preferred
Previous leadership experience is an asset
Hard-working, team-oriented, and friendly
Excellent customer service skills
Strong time management, problem solving, and organizational skills
