Meaningful Beginnings is a child care center (ages 0-5) that specializes in infant/toddler care, preschool, and transitional kindergarten. At MB, we strive to develop skills to enrich social, emotional, physical, and creative abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $27.00-$30.00/hour depending on experience

Assistant Director Preferred Requirements:

-AA degree with an emphasis in Child Development, Early Childhood or relevant field (desirable)

-At least 3 units in Early Childhood Administration

-California Child Development Assistant Director Permit (desirable)

-Experience with young children ages 0-5 years

Skills/Abilities:

-Strong leadership style with the ability to coach teaching staff

-Develop and implement creative curriculum ideas

-Solid organizational, communication, public relations, computer, and interpersonal skills

-Ability to manage a budget
