Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers.
• Implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents and staff.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with feeding, diapering, and general care routines.
• Ensure a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Follow the established curriculum and daily schedule.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a licensed childcare setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and environments.
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
