The Chick-fil-A at Niceville Director job is an advanced position which requires proven leadership qualities and skills. Director candidates must show characteristics aligned with the Core Values held by the leadership of the organization. The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate operational responsibilities with other directors daily. In addition, each Director is responsible for specific areas within the organization, which are to be determined by the Franchisee owner and Executive team. Directors report to the Franchisee owner and the Executive Team.

Key Requirements:
- Willing to start as a Team Member becoming acquainted with the operation, working up to a Director role
- Proven leadership qualities aligned with: Diligence, Expertise, Warmth, Grace & Priority
- Quick service leadership experience: 2 yr. minimum
- Open availability: 8-10 hr shifts up to 45+hrs per week
- Flexible work schedules that support the restaurant’s operations and guest demand
- Ability to open and close the restaurant while supporting the staff as needed
- Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all team members with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
- Serve as a chief problem solver by identifying areas of opportunity and proactively tackling business and team challenges that prohibit the team from delivering a “REMARKABLE” team and guest experience
- Manage cash accountability systems through verifying safe counts, register counts and safe deposits
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for establishing short-term and long-term organization goals
