- College Scholarships and Tuition Assistance. Eligible team members can apply for a $2,500 scholarship annually and a receive an individual, one-time award of up to $25,000. These scholarships are awarded based on leadership, academic achievement, community involvement, and demonstrated financial need. In addition, Chick-fil-A Puyallup offers tuition reimbursement up to $2,500 annually for restaurant leaders.
