Job Title: Late-Night Team Member

Position Overview:

As a Late-Night Team Member at Culver's, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. You will help create a positive, friendly, and energetic environment for guests during the late-night hours, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile. Your role will include food preparation, cashier duties, drive-thru service, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Take guest orders in person or via the drive-thru, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and serve food items according to Culver's standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Operate kitchen equipment and perform food prep duties, including cooking, frying, and assembling orders.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Assist with closing procedures at the end of your shift, including cleaning, organizing, and restocking.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude when interacting with guests and team members.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work late-night shifts (e.g., 10 PM – 2 AM or later).
• Previous food service or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work well under pressure, especially during busy late-night hours.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 pounds as needed.

Schedule:

Late-night shifts, typically from 5 pm to 1 am.
