Responsibilities:
- Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service. This includes personal mastery of positions on the floor such as: food preparation, packaging, cash handling and back office duties, cost management and more
- Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members as a mentor to support the development of a high performing team
- Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures including holding an approved ServSafe manager certification. **Holding a current ServSafe Certification will come with a $50 hiring bonus**
- Availability to work full-time (7-9 hour shifts, 5 days per week for lunch and/or dinner as needed depending on seasonality)
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated passion and leadership with the ability to think quick, work fast, and enjoy leading out
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A genuine smiling personality
- 2 + years of restaurant experience is required; you should be comfortable in a high volume setting
- You must be 18 years or older to fill this position
- This is for a highly motivated individual that is required to be extroverted and passionate about working with people
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug tests upon employer request
- Proven track record of steady employment and a pattern of staying at previous employers for years at a time
